I have been working at Stratacuity full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Supportive culture, fun atmosphere, leadership that would go above and beyond to support your aspirations, a recruiting team that takes their time to build relationships with their candidates. Fun fact! Mostly all of the recruiters that work at Stratacuity have worked in a scientific lab and that is why the team is so successful at describing the roles to candidates. Supporting Boston’s biotech community with Stratacuity has been an absolute pleasure and an experience I’ll always treasure!

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stratacuity in February 2015.

    Interview

Relaxed telephone interview that explored my work history, education, and career goals. The recruiter took the time to ask questions about each role. They were interested about the way I felt about the people I worked with and what I found to be challenging. I was asked about the kind of job I was looking for. There were several questions about how far I was willing to travel for work.
