I have been working at Stratasys full-time

    Pros

Great technologies, not afraid to invest for growth, lots of new talent joining the company that brings (much needed) new energy and perspective, competitive pay, fast paced global business. The company is focused on aggressively reducing red tape over the next few years. I have worked at 3 other companies in my career and Stratasys is the best. It has its issues (like all companies) but is of a size where you can have impact yet still feel part of something bigger.

    Cons

Navigating cultures can be difficult but no worse than other global companies, A lot of restructuring recently but it seems to be mostly complete.

    Advice to Management

Develop and champion a clear strategy and make the investments needed to ensure leadership in this industry. Continue to upskill the organization and focus on new approaches to win in the competitive market

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stratasys (San Juan, PR) in September 2015.

    Interview

Very straightforward and to the point. The manager that interviewed me made it very tech based. He offered the position at the end. The interviewer explained the overall culture of the company and what they were looking for.
