    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Strategic Objectives (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in June 2012.

    Interview

They kept me waiting for an hour. That should have been my first clue of how the entire job experience would go. I sat in the lobby and looked at all their awards and realized later how much stock they put into winning them. When I was finally taken into the owner's office, it was a discussion approach. She seemed to really want to make changes to the way things had been going. I was going to be "fix". I was excited at the thought to work for a couple of women having had some bad experiences with men...but this turned out to be the worst work experience I had.
