“The reason I came back is very simple. I want to be a part of something bigger than me. And I want everyone in this office to know that they are a part of something bigger than them. Our cause is to change people’s lives.” - Mark "Bouncer" Schiro, Stream CEO

At Stream, we aren't just providing customers with affordable electricity and connected life services. We also provide hope to those in need by supporting our communities and local charities through Stream Cares and the Stream Cares Foundation.
I worked at Stream full-time (More than 5 years)
If there was one thing I'd point out it's that you're supported all around and only you yourself can be an obstacle in advancing your career at Stream Energy. Otherwise, you have the support you need, you have the room to learn, improve, advance, and become better overall. This is what I did for so many years there and I respect the leadership behind all that.
There are no cons to working at Stream Energy! At least nothing really worth mentioning
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stream (Dallas, TX) in September 2017.
The interview process was a great experience. The HR department was very helpful throughout the entire process, with constant communication and also helping in making sure I understand all of the responsibilities of the job as well as the culture of the company. The in-person interview/presentation felt more like having a conversation instead of just simple Q&A, which I appreciated. I was able to discuss my skillset, showcase my personality as well as get to know these individuals who would potentially be my new colleagues. Great experience overall, one of the best interview processes that I've been a part of.
