Mission: Streck is a financially stable, independent biotech company from America’s heartland with solid science and unwavering values, delivering products that improve the lives of patients worldwide.
Streck developed its core technology of cell stabilization in the early ’70s when blood cells were still being counted manually using microscopes. By isolating and stabilizing platelets, our scientists were able to facilitate automatic counting and develop an accurate system for calibrating platelet-counting devices.
Today, Streck holds over 40 patents on more than 20 products and makes testing and reagent materials for some of the industry’s leading instrument manufacturers, such as Abbott, Siemens, and Sysmex, among others.
Streck is located in America’s heartland at a 200,000-sq. ft. production facility in La Vista, Nebraska. Here, our products are manufactured and delivered to over 13,000 labs in 65 countries around the world.
At Streck, we offer a unique and satisfying employment opportunity. We are an employer of choice because Streck is a moderate-size company that allows an individual to have a direct impact on company success.
Every employee of Streck plays a critical role in fulfilling our Mission Statement and carrying out our Quality Policy. Whether working in manufacturing, the research lab, an administrative role or directly with our customers, everyone has an opportunity to make a positive impact on our business.

Smart people. Interesting products with value to health of all people.
Some older business processes.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Streck (La Vista, NE) in November 2016.
Came in and explained my previous employers and daily duties there. Took a comprehensive test and was given a facility tour as well as met my potential supervisor. It was about an hour long process but very positive. Was told they would contact me within a week to keep me updated and was offered a position by the end of the week.
