Overall the interview process was enjoyable: I spoke with the recruiter, interviewed with the hiring manager, and then did a few rounds of interviews during a virtual on-site. Interviews were mostly behavioral questions and there were a few technical questions about past projects.
I was really looking forward to working here, but my offer was rescinded after we negotiated compensation and after I had left my previous role. As a job seeker, I’d be very wary accepting any offer from Streem/Frontdoor in the future; I was extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled. I was looking forward to some time off between my previous role and working at Streem, but now I feel strung along and like my time was wasted.InterviewDescribe a past project you worked on.
