The one con that I can think of is that Strike is a very agile company. Decisions are made and acted upon very quickly, and this can be challenging to people. I personally see this as a pro, however, as we have stayed ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends.
Advice to Management
Continue to remain flexible and adaptable, as the ad tech space changes so frequently.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Strike Social (Chicago, IL) in September 2016.
Pretty short process, but they asked good questions. There wasn't many questions not related to the roll and my background. Delivered some past work examples to show my processes and approach.
