I have been working at Strike Social full-time (More than a year)
We had what they're calling a Lunch & Learn yesterday, a chance to learn about what's going on in the company. With presentations from department heads and updates on our products it feels like they want to keep us in the loop and continue to expand what we offer. Communication has improved a lot and I can see positive changes and growth. An employee newsletter also gives everyone a heads up on new business and where we stand. Everyone is motivated too. I'm happy to be here.
Strike has been listening to employees and working on concerns and improvements. I feel like they do care about what we say. In the last three months they increased the amount of money the employer adds to healthcare, and added a 401k and commuter benefits too. Other feedback is being addressed too.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Strike Social (Chicago, IL) in September 2016.
Pretty short process, but they asked good questions. There wasn't many questions not related to the roll and my background. Delivered some past work examples to show my processes and approach.
