    I have been working at Strike Social full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great people at all levels/departments of the company
    - Culture encourages learning. You learn a lot VERY quickly (weekly learning sessions, encouraged to become certified in the different ad platforms, options to attend industry seminars)
    - Cross-department collaboration (I have been fortunate to work with the tech/finance/data science teams on projects)
    - You get to work with people from across the globe
    - Innovative, I truly believe we are leading innovation in the ad tech space
    - Relaxed, but "get stuff done" culture. Everyone is smart, passionate, and willing to help others out
    - Internal transparency of business objectives/outlook
    - You will get recognized for putting in the effort and generating A+ work
    - I am trusted to get my job done without being micromanaged

    Cons

    The one con that I can think of is that Strike is a very agile company. Decisions are made and acted upon very quickly, and this can be challenging to people. I personally see this as a pro, however, as we have stayed ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to remain flexible and adaptable, as the ad tech space changes so frequently.
