I worked at Strippit full-time (More than 3 years)
For the most part, the people that work at Strippit are very nice, helpful and are team players. It is a somewhat small company relative to the cost of the products which lends itself to certain good to the company.
There were managers that felt that they knew more than the people under them, which in fact they did not. When this became known to everyone in the group, there was a consequences. There is NO room for advancement. Little to no pay increase over 3+ years.
Advice to Management
Look at the people below you and wonder how you will do the job without them and not judge them on their personal life struggles even if they were one of the best employees at the company.
