Why Strive?

It is a great time to be at Strive! As we continue to expand and grow, it is important for us to provide our full-time internal employees and consultants with a comprehensive variety of resources targeted toward supporting their health and general well-being.     Pros

    Starting at the top, Strive is led by partners and executives who care truly about doing right by all people in the company. This dedication manifests itself in continuous opportunity for personal, professional, and financial growth for each employee - and I believe is the main reason we continue to attract and retain such amazing talent.

    Cons

    Being a rapidly growing organization, leadership can be pulled in a lot of directions and can be understandably stretched thin at times. Support and guidance is always available, but it employees sometimes have to be proactive to get it.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in your people and develop future leaders.

    Please do not believe this company. Its a very small firm with no projects. They will call you for interview 5 times but neither show any commitment now reject you. They will put you on hold for months and months. Every time you connect with them, they will delay the response further. Better stay away from these small and unreliable firms.
