What Approach Should You Take

Your goals, to achieve the highest quality product for the best value and within your schedule, are our mandates. As a start-to-finish single source for all of your construction requirements, we streamline your team’s efforts and maximize efficiencies.

Annually ranked as one of the world’s leading construction companies, Structure Tone provides its clients with a finely honed professional approach to the construction process. We are flexible to provide the best solution for your project needs.

From traditional contracting methods, including construction management and general contracting, to more modern approaches including IPD, design/build, global construction programs and
technology management, Structure Tone works with its clients to develop an approach that is right for them. The broad scope of services we offer and the versatility with which we apply these services provides maximum value-added benefit to our clients.

When considering the difference between delivery methods for a project, several key considerations come into play. These include:

  • Relative complexity of the project or unique factors
  • Risks associated with the delivery method
  • Anticipated needs in terms of schedule

In order for a project to successfully meet established goals, there must be proven systems and procedures and a focused alignment of all disciplines involved with the construction process. To ensure trouble-free construction activities, our project approach starts with the development of comprehensive guidelines that ensure a cost effective, proactive and efficient construction program. Regardless of when Structure Tone joins a project team, we work in a collaborative spirit to ensure the success of every project.

Structure Tone was founded on the concept of ownership, commitment and service to each project—regardless of size, value or scope. Through our inclusive nature and open dialogue, we successfully deliver over 2,000 projects a year ranging from 1,000sf laboratories to 1.5M sf office towers and everything in between. Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Structure Tone.

Easy in person and laid back interview. More of a personality interview than a technical one. Just know your resume and research how to answer basic interview questions. Have a good elevator pitch and make sure you don't sounds scripted. In person interview took about 45 minutes but seemed like only 10. Just be yourself and you will be fine.
