I have been working at Stuart full-time (More than a year)
Pros
The tech team is very talented and forward-thinking. There are a lot of policies put in place to make working as easy as possible and concentrate on shipping quality code.
Organization is still very flat and there is not a lot of middle management. There are good opportunities to grow.
Upper management has the right mindset in being a modern company. There is an emphasis in valuing the employees, with things like celebrating success, expensive whole-company gatherings, transparency, all-hands meetings, team building events, engagement activities, etc.
Cons
The office can get crowded and noisy some times. Fortunately there is a work-from-home policy.
Advice to Management
There are a couple of people that are not a good fit for their position, especially in middle management. Fortunately that is not the norm, but the same high standards for hiring (and keeping) should be applied throughout the company.
Management should rely more on getting feedback early on on important subjects, instead of brewing it closed doors and then presenting it as a closed thing. There are a lot of smart people that have something to say.
Also, upper management should avoid acting like politicians at times (saying what people want to hear instead of what they think).

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Stuart (Barcelona (Spain)) in March 2016.
Interview
They reach me using Linkedin, the first step was a fast phone call, after it they go to a Skype call.
Without any news for a month after that I received an email with a code test, I feel the test was easy and I decided to go ahead. I believe the recruiter sent me the test by mistake because it was really easy for the position and she didn't show too much interest.
Two weeks later she sent me another email saying I don't feed his requirements. I asked for feedback because I always want to learn from my mistakes, without any response.
I am happy to didn't receive an offer from them, giving feedback to a human that spent time on trying to enter to your company is basic to build a good working environment.
