1) standard recruiter call with discussion of compensation band 2) 1-2 team member video interview involved some technical evaluation (I was tasked with analyzing a spreadsheet and making recommendations based on it) 3) technical assessment of writing content related to a prompt 4) final panel—didn't get to this because I ended up withdrawing but would've involved meeting with more team members and probably would've included more behavioral/situational questionsDepended on which stage of the process, but there was generally a mix of some situational and thought process questions to understand how you'd approach the work and engage with the team
