I have been working at full-time (More than 5 years)

Interesting front end and back end challenges that really make a difference for the company and our users. Focused on big needle moving epics instead of endless minutia that I have dealt with in previous roles.

I wish the product had a bigger presence so we could make an even larger impact.

    Advice to Management

    Software Engineer Interview

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at (Mountain View, CA).

Long process without payoff. HR new I had multiple offers and were really quick about the process within their control, but the team throws up a lot of obstacles. They did an HR screen, a hiring manager screen, an online test, an online coding screen, then a five hour onsite that was mostly technical. They blew through lunch and didn't offer a snack or anything.

I know my stuff and did pretty well on the technical tests, and I seemed to interact well with the team, and expressed my honest excitement for what they are doing. Hours later they rejected me although the amazing HR woman was kind enough to call me up in person to tell me the bad news. The team was not willing to provide any feedback.
