I have been working at Stuller full-time

    Pros

Great work/life balance in a great city, opportunity to expand professional knowledge base for career growth, friendly environment. Great stepping stone for recent graduates.

    Cons

Lack of project management personnel causing life cycles to drag out. At times can be a closed minded style of management depending on management you work with.

    Advice to Management

Build from within, don't be afraid to invest in your people.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stuller.

    Interview

All MUST remember there is a background check and chemical check done by hair folicle which is able to read MOS back. In my recent role, I've had to give the news to an applicant I interviewed to join my team. Be responsible people, it does matter. Zero tolerance. Online is best way to go and complete, with as many details as possible, the application WITH your RESUME if you have one. The more you can provide on the front end the better. You can expect a call IF your resume fits the role of any opening. However, if you do not receive a call please update your info every 6 mos for consistent review by HR. Things change every day. Be current.
