- Best recruiting process I've ever experienced. Detailed and timely responses from HR, quick interview process (~2 weeks total with 4 different people), and I was never left waiting to hear/confused

Cons

- The time difference between the US and Germany offices/cultural differences can be challenging, but I know we do the best we can

    I applied online. I interviewed at Stylight (United States) in Apr 2021

    Interview

    I had a great interview process from start to finish with Stylight. There were a lot of steps but HR worked hard to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. They provided feedback after each step, were easy to schedule with (even with a big time difference) and were generally professional and easy to communicate with. The steps involved included a HR screening, a short take home task, a technical interview, a pair programming interview, a meeting with the team and a meeting with two members of upper management (all conducted virtually). It was a lot of steps but I felt like it gave both us of a chance to really get a sense of each other, and it was nice to be able to meet and ask questions of employees in many different roles across the company. The whole process took about a month.
