Advice to Management
Listen to your employees, instead of ridicule maybe as the slogan "Put a little Love in your heart" could be practiced. People are not machines.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Subaru of Indiana Automotive (Lafayette, IN).
I was contacted by a recruiter, had an initial phone screen and was invited to an in person interview. The 1st interview was with a panel of 3 people, 2 procurement managers and an HR manager. 2nd interview was with a panel of 6 people. I was called 3 weeks later and received an offer.
