    Product Support Specialist Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Bengaluru (India)

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Subex (Bengaluru (India)).

    Interview

Telephonic round was conducted. And then they asked for face-to-face interview. It can be either through Skype or at their office in Bangalore.
Telephonic round was good. They asked questions based on previous projects and technical questions.
Facetoface interview was pathetic. Interviewer disapproves everything that you tell. That same day I gave another interview and got offer from them, whereas interviewer from Subex was not in a state to accept any response that I gave. Unnecessary sarcasm. I don't know how did they put him in the interview panel.

Finally, I by myself was about to leave the venue with dissent. But hr discussion was arranged and I asked for some ctc and they gave me something else while releasing the offer.

HR department is worse. That guy from HR team after releasing the offer was so adamant and behaved improperly. When I told him that I reject the offer due other development profile I got from other company. He was very furious and started threatening that he would blacklist me in Subex. All the calls he made were from his personal number because probably he didn't want the company to know about his improper behavior or his incapability to the company.
