What are your colleagues talking about?
The mission, vision, culture, values and platform are all world class. We work hard and move quickly, and have a lot of fun in the process, while leaning into our strong sense of “team”. There is room to innovate and think outside of the box and simultaneously be challenged and professionally developed.
There aren’t too many cons to be honest. It’s a job, so there are always parts that aren’t “fun” and there are issues to work out, but that’s the case anywhere. The difference at Subsplash is that people fight for each other (not against) and fight for the best path forward and we usually find it.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Subsplash (United States)
InterviewReached out to me via email saying they were interested in me. They sent out a list of questions and had me make a word doc and answer the questions and send it back to them. They liked my responses and set up a phone interview a week out. On the day of the interview 30min before I got an email saying the position was filled. It's kind of annoying waiting all week just to get declined 30min before the phone interview. If the position was filled prior to the interview please let the applicants know asap and not the day of.Interview
These were the questions I had to reply to via a word doc: 1. Get to know more about Subsplash by exploring our website and downloading one of our apps (search Subsplash in an app store). What excites you about working on our team after learning more about our culture and the products we create? 2. Let's pretend a customer reached out to you as a Support agent; they want to know how to change the background image on their MacBook to a picture of Seattle. Write instructions on how to do this as if you were working with a real customer. 3. What traits or skills do you have that you think will be an advantage to you and the team in driving growth through a support role? 4. This position requires weekend work. Are you comfortable working a Saturday - Wednesday schedule?Answer Question
