I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Suburban Collection (Ann Arbor, MI) in January 2015.
Formal interview asked questions about ability to sell cars Took a personality test and was asked to come back for a second interview based on that. Then was sent to sales training (paid) Sales training was good and very informative As a salesperson I had to go through a lot of product training and shadowing prior to being able to sell cars but was offered the opportunity without any history of automobile selling experience and did well.
