I worked at Subway full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Employees receive a free 6in sub for lunch and the job is routine and stress free!

    Cons

Baking the bread and cookies was a challenge when we had rush hour. Keeping record of dropped food or unsanitary food due to some complication was a little rough but you catch on eventually.

    Advice to Management

The contaminated food bin needs some critical thinking to make it convenient for the artists.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Subway.

    Interview

It was a very easy interview asking questions about several customer service related scenarios and your experience. It was a bit weird to have other employees their during the interview without being explained why. I wasent sure if they were training to be an interview or if they were just there to be there
