While I was employed there Management ran a lot on the good ole boy network and Managers got away with a lot that they should not have.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the good ole boy way of thinking, allow your junior management to perform their jobs.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Suddenlink Communications.
People asked in the group pre-hire interview about the role and were told there would be no sales, no billing. That was completely untrue. Interview was perfectly pleasant and included submitting a lengthy essay question about what candidate could bring to the job.
