    Lots to learn if you want to.

    Cons

    Disconnect between corporate and local business office creates a lot of communication and delivery issues.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management could learn to interact with lower levels more often. They seem to like to avoid the worker drones.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Sulzer (New York, NY) in May 2019.

    Interview

    Had a 1 round of interview with the Finance Head, thru a recruiter. The role was explained. The process was 3 rounds, first with the line manager and second with the head of HR and last would be a physometric test.
