I worked at Sumitomo Electric Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay and a great challenge operating Expansion Machines. Good hard working people around. Day goes by fast as you're constant moving.

    Cons

Breaks and lunches must be at or near machine. Some operators have no time to eat. The machines are old so much monitoring needed and can't take your eyes off of it.

    Advice to Management

Don't burn out and over work your operators. Change the process to where they at least have time to breath and eat. Without proper nourishment bad things happen.
