    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Sumitomo Heavy Industries (Tokyo (Japan)) in November 2015.

    Interview

There has been two rounds of interview. The first interview was a tour in the workshop and then we were taken into a conference room for technical interview, The second interview was the interview with HR and department managers about career path. All that was written in the resume was asked of, and I explained my final year project thoroughly. The whole process was quite pleasant.
