I worked at Summit Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A good company to improve your skills or learn anything you don't know. Great work environment with people that care about what you do and what you want to do with your career. Also a good work on your own pace

    Cons

The only cons about this company is that they are out of business. Also it was hard at times to get a raise for the guys that deserved it.

    Advice to Management

Need to speak with the shop guys and get a better idea of what's going on and what people are doing.

    Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Summit Energy (Louisville, KY) in June 2010.

    Interview

It was an exploratory interview that sought to match me with my qualifications. Unfortunately, the interviewer fumbled in matching me up so I declined the offer.
