We are a small business leader in space surveillance, space situational awareness, missile warning, radar systems, satellite communications, and ground data processing. Our current portfolio of work includes supporting training and anti-terrorism exercises for the Navy, providing subject matter expertise on ICBM’s and GBSD for the Air Force, evaluating Wideband SATCOM systems and subsystems, and supporting space situational awareness efforts for Air Force Space Command through the operation and maintenance of the PARCS radar at CAFS in ND.

I have been working at Summit Technical Solutions full-time (Less than a year)
The program manager and HR team have been very engaged and appear concerned with job satisfaction. The pay is very good! Life work balance is also very good. The team here in Huntsville is pleasant and supportive.
I have no cons at this time.
Advice to Management
The Huntsville team is very strong, continue hiring quality people and our reputation in the area will be second to none.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Summit Technical Solutions (Colorado Springs, CO) in November 2016.
I was contacted by an employee of STS asking if I would be interested in a position available in their Corporate Headquarters. After researching STS and reading the Job Posting on their website, I decided the position was a good fit and applied to the Posting on STS' Careers website. Several days later I was contacted by a Recruiter, who conducted a phone screen interview discussing my skills and job history. A few days later, I was contacted by the Recruiter who scheduled an in-office group/panel interview for the next week. I completed the panel interview and received an offer letter after approximately one week.
