Interview
Poor communication from the recruiter from the beginning to the end.
Sumo has reached out to me multiple times over the course of two years and have asked me to interview for a position with them multiple times. I obliged. They then proceeded to send spotty (if any) communications or they drop the ball entirely with excuses like "oops I sent the invite to the wrong email".
A few days later (after hearing nothing) I'll receive a poorly written automated email that they are going with another candidate. At this point they are just blatantly wasting my time.InterviewThey ask the absolute basics.
