Excellent and caring Management. Genuine interest in staff development and growth. Much emphasis upon learning and desire for each employee to contribute and participate in department goals and objectives.
Routine daily responsibilities can sometimes become boring.

Stay the course...
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in March 2017.
Very casual and friendly, had a connection. Met in the office where I would be working. Mostly went over my tasks and to discuss where my interests were. Met my direct supervisor as well as his boss. Briefly met the rest of the team.
