Great company with a strong leadership team, and very positive business outlook.
Work- life balance is challenging due to the rate of growth the company has maintained over the last five years. Growth of the support operations lags the rate of growth of field operations, and this leads to over worked staff. Company lacks a pay for performance compensation program, which results in high performing employees receiving the same percentage pay increases and profit sharing as average and low performing employees.

Review and update performance management/compensation programs.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sunbelt Rentals (Atlanta, GA) in October 2017.
Typical interview process. Interviewed with hiring manager. It was a good process and I appreciate the opportunity to interview. I also spoke with somebody in the position I was applying for. This job was posted internally and then was tabled, so I did not receive an offer and also was not communicated with about where I was in the process. As an employee, I would've appreciated communication and feedback about the position as the opportunity would've benefited me and my family a great deal.
