I worked at Sunoco Logistics (Less than a year)
Pay was good, ability to get to know more about the company as well as the industry. Everyone was very friendly.
Human Resources and IT felt distant from everyone
Advice to Management
Try to offer full-time positions for interns that you believe that can be beneficial for the organization
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Sunoco Logistics (Sugar Land, TX).
Panel Interview with current managers and senior managers. There was one interview, with very generic questions you could answer with common sense. Questions ranged from knowledge about Sunoco to knowledge about basic accounting practices. Finally there was time to ask the panel questions, but the answers received were very scripted.
