I have been working at Sunquest Information Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been working for Sunquest now for 3 years and have been promoted a couple of times. The company is very fair in respect to salaries and is always looking to put it's employees in better position to help develop their career growth. Sunquest values it's customers and is always willing to go above and beyond for each customer!

    Cons

The only con in can think of is their medical benefits. If you want to cover a working spouse there is a 100 surcharge you have to pay monthly as part of your benefit cost. I would like to see this house away hopefully next year.

    Interview

I was an employee at the time of my application. A few weeks prior to my application, my manager told me there would be a job opening for a role in my department. She would be the hiring manager. She encouraged me to apply.

For a few weeks she helped me craft my application. I wrote a lengthy 30/60/90 plan, and updated my resume and cover letter with her assistance. I finally put in my application.

Nothing happened...for months. She never discussed the position with me again. Finally someone else in the company emailed me letting me know the position had been filled.

    I wasn’t even interviewed.

    Interview Questions

    • The application questions were straightforward. They included a resume upload, a cover letter upload, and basic demographic information.   Answer Question
