Mission: MISSION STATEMENT
To provide superior security services by always putting the client first; maintaining clear, continuous communication; and remaining true to our guiding principles:
•Honesty towards our clients, employees ...
I have been working at Sunstates Security full-time (More than 3 years)
When you find the right shift/ site pay/ manager your set, just do your job and Flow. Great place to work.
If there are some, I cant tell they are correcting them very quickly, so fast you really can't say this or that (con)
Advice to Management
Train and hire from within only, so other guards that want to be a supervisor can be trained and move up, get a higher wage. Make sure you have your guards back always, if you have no guards you wouldn't have a job Manager :) the Clients are not always right, most of the time they are not (check a little deeper on that. Trust the guards you hired with background checks/ the Clients most likely couldn't pass one:(
I applied online. I interviewed at Sunstates Security (Raleigh, NC) in February 2017.
I filled out an online form. It was a lengthy form with probably almost 100 psychological type questions. I was then emailed within a couple of days to schedule a phone interview.
The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter informed me she would get back with me by the beginning of the next week to let me know if I would be scheduled for an in-person interview. After not hearing back within that time frame, I did email politely checking on the status. She then informed me that she was still conducting phone interviews and would get back with me by the end of the week, which she did not. I found this lack of follow-up to be annoying. A simple thank you email is perfectly acceptable and shows a sign of professionalism that a solid company should value and practice!
