Senior management were very short sided and most of the times did not support the ownership's business plans or philosophies.
The ownership needed to create a business plan or strategy and not change it every day.
Not appreciative of hard work or new ideas.
Advice to Management
Change the senior management
Find a philosophy/business plan and stick with it
Appreciate your workers
