I worked at Super Duper Publications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The salary is good and you'll definitely leave work and head home on time every day. And with the uniforms, I guess you won't have to worry about your clothes.

    Cons

The owners are completely crazy. Like, cursing, drinking, making no sense kinda crazy. I mean, you can pretty much walk in and tell that. There's definitely a "big brother is watching you" feel too. And the staff morale is so poor no one even tries to do more than stay employed. Loads of nepotism and promoting family into positions they can't do.

    Advice to Management

Take a step back and trust people to do a good job.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Super Duper Publications (Greenville, SC) in August 2014.

    Interview

I applied to be a Sales Associate, but they we're impressed with my Resume and interviewed me for a higher position. The interview went fairly well, and during my one on one with Abe (Director of Operations) he gave me a design/ copy writing test on a Friday. I turned it in on time, and I was to have an answer on Monday. I never heard back until I called on Thursday and they informed me the position was dissolved. Rude.
