They will give you a policy to ‘stick to’ but if a customers complains about this policy they will belittle you just to keep the customer happy
Advice to Management
Consider your staff more and think a little more about the jobs you’re giving and the hours you’re giving to do them. I’ve seen way too many managers in my area have breakdowns because of the amount of pressure they’re under.

I was asked to stand near the front of the store and engage customers to try and buy the star buy products.
After this, I was taken to the office to have an interview with the store manager. She also asked about how I found the experience and how many star buys I sold if any.
