I worked at Superfad as an intern (Less than a year)
Everyone working at Superfad is focused on creating a wholistic ad experience for consumers using a creative design process. The company works with each employee on projects, including freelancers, and involves everyone in the process. There's also a great kitchen, flexible hours, a basketball hoop, and more.
There are so many freelance employees that sometimes a complete company culture is not-existent. I see people changing all the time and its hard to make friends. Also, since freelancers constantly change, transition on projects is an issue.
Advice to Management
Perhaps host more social events with the company to create a more cohesive company culture. Also create a more permanent staff.
