Supermedia had great benefits and flexible schedules to choose from, that were negotiated through contract negotiations. The Union really cared for their members.
Unfortunately Supermedia started outsourcing our work, and slowly we necame smaller. When I first startwd with the company tjere were over 300 employees, when the laid us off there were less than 30. No employee recognition
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Supermedia.
An absolute disaster. Big surprise, they have lots of policies and procedures for their hiring process, and the managers are SUPER busy SEVEN days a week, so they have very little time to even hire the help they need, when they can.
