I have been working at SuprTek full-time (Less than a year)
Great people with a lot of experience and patience. The interns generally work on the more "fun" R&D projects.
The projects for the full-timers did not seem as exciting.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SuprTek (Ashburn, VA) in January 2016.
The interview was very much nontechnical. They mostly wanted to see if you are a good fit for the work environment and you have a vested interest in programming.
They will ask you to back up any work experience/projects listed on your resume.
