    Pros

Good people to work with. Good working environment, it was fun during the last months.
Everybody wanted to stay at the company. Good communication among team members and
    business.

    Cons

Working on a legacy system does not serve as a good platform for future opportunities.
Advancement opportunities were scarce. The company had many financial problems.

    Advice to Management

The success of a company stems from successful people, successful people in the tech sector, in customer service, in sales, in finances. Every part of the company must be represented by key people overseeing compliance to align with the plan to grow, in their respective fields.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Surado CRM (Riverside, CA).

    Interview

Process included a phone interview and sample work review, then in-person interview, and phone negotiation, all following my original online application. Requested specific work samples, demonstrating creativity and relevant skills. In-person interview focused on ability to quickly learn to do tasks that may not have been previously done in earlier jobs.
