I have been working at SurePayroll full-time (More than 3 years)
Everyone cares about one another; Leadership in the Service side of the business looks for ways to improve workload and work life balance; advancement opportunities are good and are available IF you want them.
Some Managers may be a little selfish and take more resources than others but overall everyone is great and they work together towards common goals.
Advice to Management
Do not let those leaving the company that leave negative feedback ruin what you are doing. The momentum is going in a positive direction and the company has achieved more than in prior years. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SurePayroll (Glenview, IL) in June 2017.
I initially applied through LinkedIn, and was redirected to the Surepayroll website where I applied directly for the position, I received an email from an Paychex recruiter a day later, looking to schedule some time to talk about my experience and the position! He apparently liked me and was moved along to the next step which was a phone interview with the District manger, and was sent a test to take, to see if I fit the culture. Next step was an in person interview, and that was two interviews with two different DSM's, moved to the next step which was a real live job shadow with two different top reps and then a final interview that same day with the sales manager, and I was offered the position on spot after the interview, so having patients and sticking around pays off!
