    Pros

None, at all. Don't do it.

    Cons

    Literally all cons. Nothing good.

Earned no money. Houry salary is a lie. Made commission sales, didn't get paid for them.

You will lose money on travel.

You will be standing outside all day from 9 til 5, I did this in the winter and ended up very ill.

The staff are unapproachable, I'll mannered and unpolite. The staff room is like a pack of kids in suits.

    Advice to Management

Instead of getting people hopes up with false promises, stop this pyramid scheme and be decent human beings. Not hard.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Swan Global Direct (Newcastle upon Tyne, England (UK)) in October 2013.

    Interview

I went for a first round interview with the administrative manager, and sat with her for 15-20 minutes whilst she reviewed my CV, and asked me multiple questions about my past experience and what I wanted to achieve in the future. I then sat down with the CEO of the company. He also asked a few questions about goals I had for the future, and what I would bring to the company if I was successful. He then told me that if I was successful, I would be called before 6 pm. I then got a call at 6 pm offering me the role.
