I have been working at Swarovski full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Atmosphere is happy. The work is easy and fun. There are very Little customer complaints due to the company standing so strongly behind their product.

    Cons

There isn't much room for advancement. It's not a job you can support a life on. Not in this state that is so expensive.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to see and adapt to each employee. Not everyone responds to the same type of direction.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Swarovski.

    Interview

Sat on a couch. They Were desperate to hire. Got hired. Found out that everyone that works there quits within a short time for a good reason. Was told she'd have to speak to her full time to see what she thought. Never even met her before I got the call that I was hired.
