I worked at Sweco PIC full-time
Good Wages. Good vacation time. Good Benefits. Good housekeeping and scrap management. Training for positions is in house. Uniforms provided with cleaning service.
Overtime can be scarce. Frequent layoffs when gas prices drop. Micromanagement by company Vice President. Quality control standards flex with on time delivery.
Advice to Management
Stop trying to micromanage things out on production floor. Your Department heads and leads have more than enough experience to handle their own areas without interference from Vice President and middle management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sweco PIC (Florence, KY) in August 2012.
Very nice and easy to talk to. I was very happy with the interview process. I was nervous that I wouldn't get the job but I did and was very happy that I accepted.
