Company car, profit sharing, 401k match, sales bonus, better than average insurance
Pay growth much slower than product growth. New products every year added to current portfolio with no noticeable pay increase. Always hear excuses why pay increases can't be a one off, and everyone gets the same increases yearly with little information on why and how the increases were given.
Advice to Management
Performance based pay increases yearly, hr needs to be more involved in the pay increase conversation.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swedish Match North America (East Greenwich, RI).
Phone interview then interview face to face at a hotel. Then another day ride with them to make some sales calls. Complete time consuming online tests and forms. Then another day an interview with a two person team. This was a three week process.....no offer. After much BS and positive feed back it was a big waste of time. No feedback as to why. Don't waste your time!
