I have been working at Swiftpage full-time (More than a year)
As an employee of Swiftpage you are not left in any doubt about the company strategy and the plans to deliver on the strategy. The cross functional alignment is strong, people seem to really enjoy working together and the "one team" philosophy creates the kind of culture to facilitate personal and professional growth.
At this time nothing comes to mind.
Advice to Management
Keep the momentum going!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Swiftpage (Englewood, CO) in January 2013.
I interfaced with Swiftpage via a technical recruiter who was working directly with Swiftpage HR. While there is typically a phone interview, after I spoke with the recruiter, Swiftpage HR asked me to come straight in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the Chief Marketing Officer (who happened to be heading the Engineering department temporarily) as well as some fellow developers, architects, and the Director of Product Management. The interview gave me great insight into the culture of the company and was overall a very pleasant experience. It was clear to me that "fit" was a huge deciding factor for Swiftpage in hiring their Software Engineers.
Again, I interfaced with the technical recruiter and had a positive experience negotiating my starting salary through that route. Swiftpage was ready to compete at the upper level of my market value.
