I have been working at Swiftpage full-time (Less than a year)
I have only been working at Swiftpage for a short time, but I am already impressed. Swiftpage has been around many years, but it promotes a fun culture – everything you would find in a small startup. There are clear objectives for all teams and the work is very exciting and rewarding.
I struggle finding any cons to working at Swiftpage
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Swiftpage (Englewood, CO) in January 2013.
I interfaced with Swiftpage via a technical recruiter who was working directly with Swiftpage HR. While there is typically a phone interview, after I spoke with the recruiter, Swiftpage HR asked me to come straight in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the Chief Marketing Officer (who happened to be heading the Engineering department temporarily) as well as some fellow developers, architects, and the Director of Product Management. The interview gave me great insight into the culture of the company and was overall a very pleasant experience. It was clear to me that "fit" was a huge deciding factor for Swiftpage in hiring their Software Engineers.
Again, I interfaced with the technical recruiter and had a positive experience negotiating my starting salary through that route. Swiftpage was ready to compete at the upper level of my market value.
