I applied online. I interviewed at Swoon (United States)

Phone interview with recruiter, management, then a PowerPoint presentation that you create. Nick was very sweet, he sought me out on LinkedIn and passed my information onto management. I was only told that they declined my application.
Then, I went through and did a little research of my own. Every employee on Swoon are in their mid twenties, at best. One of the employees, who is a recruiter, had only worked at Smoothie King prior to getting hired on as a recruiter at Swoon. If you do a little more research, that is all that Swoon hires. For a company that touts diversity and inclusion so much, they have very little color or age. They seem to like the indoctrinated, young, and naive white savior liberal fresh out of college. I guess a thinking independent mind of a more mature woman was just too much for them to handle. Poor Swoon, your loss. Enjoy your children!
