In 2008, Syapse was formed around a single purpose: to ensure that every patient has access to precision cancer care.     I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syapse (Canada)

    Interview

    A screening call (~30min), a call with senior member of team (~30min), a take-home technical assessment (~90min) and a series of 1:1 interviews (3.5hr). The process was very efficient, ~3 weeks from initial screening call to offer.

    - Recruiting: The recruiter I worked with (Darren) was very attentive and patient whenever I had any questions.
    - Technical assessment: In my opinion, this was well-suited for the role and was doable in an appropriate timeframe.
    - Onsite interview: Scheduling was painless. The group I interviewed with came from different perspectives (i.e. not monotonous) and gave me the opportunity to ask all of the questions I had. Everyone was engaging to talk to and to me, struck a good balance between being personable and professional.
