Driven by what’s next.

Our Business Leadership Program will give you a deep dive into specific skills, as well as the big picture view of our company and industry. You'll choose a main focus from among the ten core functional tracks below. You'll also gain experience in at least two additional functions. Program tracks include Credit & Capital Management, Data Analytics, Enterprise Operations, Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Marketing, Risk Management, Sales & Relationship Management and Technology. Our Business Leadership Program offers:

  • A two-year, three-rotation program for recent grads. You’ll choose a core function to focus on from our ten tracks, but you’ll also gain experience through unique cross-functional projects and a month-long community service experience. 
  • Real-world experience with formal study.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals.
  • A fast-paced work environment.
  • The opportunity for a challenging and exciting career with Synchrony after completing the program, including the potential for global assignments.

Our BLP-Internship offers:

  • A 10–12 week summer program for rising juniors, seniors and first-year graduate students.
  • Challenging and meaningful work.
  • A place where your voice is heard.
  • Mentorship by Synchrony leaders.
  • The chance to be hired into our full-time Business Leadership Program upon graduation.

    Application

    I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Synchrony.

    Interview

    There will be 3 rounds written test, technical interview and hr , tr was all about the logical questions and basic programming concepts. The written test was really easy there are only questions about the basic aptitude and logical reasoning. And also a seperate section for analysing the situations. There will be no negative marking 50 questions in 1hr time.
