Syneos Health is a great place to work. They not only invest in their clients but make sure that employees are invested in, as well. In today's market, a company like this can come hard to find. The opportunities that have been presented to me in my time here, to learn and share my skillset that I have gotten here would be hard to come by elsewhere.
Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Everyone will go out of their way to help and assist if need be. We're all very tight knit - as everyone should be. In most cases, we spend more time at work than we do at home. Our coworkers and our colleagues become our second family and work becomes our home away from home. Having a happy and healthy work-life from all aspects is very important, and Syneos makes sure to emphasize that.
Flexibility to work from home is also a great add-on. Things happen - and everyone here understands that. The great thing is that if need be, you can work from home for the day(s) that you need to be away from the office. Management is all very hands-on, as well. They make sure you're being challenged on a daily basis, and always have their door open for questions.
There's not much at all that I can think of. The only thing I would say is that I wish there were more of a flexibility to work from home as other big corporations allow. i.e., having the option to work from home at least 1 or 2 days a week, instead of having to ask every time something comes up. This would allow for a better work-life balance for many.
