I worked at System Sensor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company was great to work for. I enjoyed the work I did in the repair department. It was interesting and always had something to do.

    Cons

Not many bad things to say about this company. They treat their employees well. Though sometimes the favor people regardless of their skill or abilities. Working hard didn't pay off in my situation.

    Advice to Management

Promote someone based on their ability, not relationship.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at System Sensor (Saint Charles, IL) in January 2011.

    Interview

Started with a phone interview with the Human resource manager to make sure I was a reasonable candidate. After that first test was passed I got an interview with manager of the department and the director of the department.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

One sided, I had to take a pay cut. They knew I was out of work, low balled me an offer, then refused to move on the salary and only offered a sign on bonus.
