Company processed my H1B visa.
The management doesn't stick to their promises. As a result employees leave frequently. The owners are interested only in short term benefit; They are not interested on retaining people. I saw a few honest employees breaking down during my time with them.
Advice to Management
If they had shown little interest in the employees, they would have made a great progress.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at SystemGuru in January 2009.
Pretending to know things when they ask technical stuff. Even if you can't answer anything, you'd still pass. They will say you will get paid even when your on bench, but once you join it will become 100 a week. Then if they find it so hard to market you, they will requirement to sign a statement created by them, that you were not able to come to work because of some family issue and you are fully aware that you will not be paid. (Saves them for not paying you)
